THE WINN COTTAGE & CARRIAGE HOUSE

The Winn Cottage & Carriage House was designed and thoughtfully renovated during 2022-2023 by local Athen's design firm, Portico & Hearth. Every space in the home was brought up to today's luxurious standards while maximizing the home's historical warmth and charm. Both the Cottage & Carriage House are available for short and long-term rental, whether its during a home renovation, game-day weekend or movie filming.
